Michael Baisden, was locked out of his syndicated afternoon show in March of 2013. Baisden’s former employer Cumulus Broadcasting, filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in DALLAS, alledging BAISDEN and his production company were accidentally paid for 15 months after he left.  The company is seeking $1 million from Michael Baisden.

In the filing, CUMULUS writes Michael Baisden has “steadfastly refused to return the overpaid amounts,” and allowing him to keep the overpayment would be a “gross inequity and would be unconscionable.”
