Divine, the New York-based MC whose friendship with billionaire businessman Ben Horowitz has made headlines, is addressing the nay-sayers with the release of his new single “VC Life (By Any Means)”.  It seems that there are those in the tech industry who are uncomfortable with the idea of an up-and-coming Hip Hop artist rubbing elbows with wealthy entrepreneurs and that the terms “Hip Hop” and “venture capitalist” shouldn’t be in the same sentence. They don’t mind rappers flaunting their riches as long as they stay in their lane. Divine is here to disrupt things, as they say in tech, and prove that the world of venture capitalists and Silicon Valley is open to all…including an underground rapper from Brooklyn.

Divine will be performing “VC Life (By Any Means)” live in San Francisco on Sept. 30, 2014 at the Women’s 2.0 How To Conference – San Francisco.
